Enrolment and Studying 

Our enrolment process is simple. You will go through an onboarding process and speak with our team for a no-obligation face-to-face consultation. This provides us both with an opportunity to ask questions we may have and then decide accordingly.     

Then you will go through an induction process, so we can discuss training schedules and the locations and prepare you to train.

When you have finished the training and passed your exams, you will undertake the below process to work towards getting a job placement:

  •  Attend our ‘meet employer’ days
  •  Accept invitations to interview
  •  Receive a job placement offer and work towards your new career

Understanding the Job Placement Process

After you have completed the training side of this programme, you’ll move into the career preparation side, where you will attend our ‘Meet an Employer’ events, which is part of the recruitment process. We have a wide range of contacts at a variety of organisations, looking for potential employees, like you! We will introduce our candidates to these employers through a variety of methods.  

These events provide the perfect opportunity to get your CV in front of the right employers to secure a work experience placement or a full-time job. If not, the recruitment team will continue to present you to our pool of employers and support you through your job interviews.

You must attend classes, sit and pass the relevant exams and challenge labs to complete your course. You can also attend multiple recruitment workshops during your time with us.
